A fire drill is the forced evacuation of people for the lulz. It is most often conducted by Jews for the lulz.
A "Fire Drill" is also a medical procedure where "people" drill a flaming hole in your head.
Authorities often implement the fire drill in order to herd sheep from the relative safety of their home or office into the streets, almost exclusively when it's cold out. This helps to keep the masses in a constant state of fear, which proves useful for the bourgeoisie's designs to keep the proletariat preoccupied with other pursuits.

When a fire drill occurs irl it is often the source of lulz for passers-by and generally anyone who didn't have to abandon what they were doing and walk, single-file, to the curb and pretend to watch a building burn down.
