The face that launched a thousand failboats.

Jacqueline Mackey Paisley Passey (her maiden name) is a libertarian transplanted to Las Vegas from Bellingham, Washington. Her previous blogs tended to talk about her weight, her intellect, and her finances. She was memorably pwned by Something Awful when she made the mistake of proclaiming herself a "High-Quality Woman" on her blog and some goon ran across it.

Her real story is just that she overdoes enthusiasm, first for science fiction conventions (she kept a local convention running in Bellingham beyond its time) and then when she burned out on conventions, she discovered Ayn Rand. When she asked her friend and mentor the Unknown Fan if he had read Ayn Rand, he replied that he had, but he got better. Jackie just hasn't evaluated that yet.
