Talk:Daniel Brandt
From Encyclopedia Dramatica
Brandt may be TOW's satan, but he's undeniably a kook. Keep the lulz. Malber 20:41, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
- STFU, Wikipedia Jew. --Hater 20:43, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ugh, your edits aren't funny, what the hell? NO one here cares about Wikipedia's problems, this isn't the place Miltopia 20:44, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
- Of course they're funny. You're uncyclopedia-unfunny. --Hater 20:54, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
- And this is why Bureaucratic Fuck lacks lulz. Malber 20:57, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

- "Brandt's main complaint about his article is that it invades his privacy. In 1968, Brandt was convicted of draft evasion, a felony charge. This conviction was later overturned on appeal, however Brandt is concerned about truthfully answering the question "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?" on his Burger King application for fear that the 18 year old manager might look him up on Wikipedia."
- "Brandt's article once called him a privacy activist. It also pointed out the irony of his being a privacy activist whist his hive-mind list violates the privacy of TOW's admins and editors. Brandt's WR supporters thus went, "Uh....um....no, he's really an....uh....accountability activist. Yeah, that's the ticket!" Being the only accountability activst in the world makes Brandt extra-special."
Hmm this stuff Miltopia removed does lack humor. I'm not saying that with some work it can't go back in. The smelly old man who hates teenagers is funny, though. Samsara 08:41, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, tell me if I'm being obstructive to the lulz here, but I really don't think ED should be used as a propaganda tool for WIkipedia sockpuppeteers. It did lack humor, but I have to admit the fact that it was these guys is the main reason I reverted. Someone just let me know if I'm going out of bounds. God, I just HATE WIkipedia faggots. - As someone who has no idea what the edit war was about yet who still would like to voice her opinion, Daniel Brandt is kind of a loonie. --Sheneequa • Talk 10:01, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- You guys are right. If it's not a dick joke, it doesn't belong in ED. Malber 16:12, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- If you want something in the article that the few of us who are discussing it are saying "no" to, you'll probably have better luck if you talk about it and get people to see it your way instead of just blindly reverting. Heck, all you'd need is to convince one admin and they could overrule us/me into leaving it up. I'm not lecturing you or anything, it's just a suggestion. Miltopia 19:04, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- OMG SHITTINGDICKNIPPLES. Seriously, though, it should be funny. Also, we really don't appreciate blatant Wikipedia propaganda, seeing as most ED contributors and Bantownians hate Wikipedia with a passion exceeded only by Michael Jackson and his passion for little boys. So, to summarize, be funny, and don't give Wikipedia too much credit. If you want to poke a little fun at Brandt, that's one thing, but using this article as a mirror for Wikipedia's viewpoint of him is really not on.--Blu Aardvark 19:09, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

Damn
According to TOW, this guy is turning 60 next year. I had no idea he was that old. Miltopia 05:29, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
Current Event
The Brandt article at TOW was speedy deleted on 02/23/07 by Yanksox. A wheel war ensued and now there's an arbcom case initiated by Jimbo. A look at the participants is like a Who's Who of bureaucratic fucks. This should generate a lot of lulz. Is there a way to work this into the article with lulz, and is there a current event template? Malber 04:02, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
