If anyone starts view-spamming videos for the lulz and they have served their purpose, would they please list them in the talk page. The results of view-spamming might be worth an article on its own.

Angelina Jolie In The News - Sept 14 2007- This video was made for, and watched by, Michael Powers. The video accumulated 14,000 views before it was flagged for being critical of the YouTube Partners cheating. Once a video is fagged it is removed from the Most Viewed pages. The auto-refresher was voluntarily turned off once the video was flagged, as videos with gamed center-icons rely on curious visitors to the Most Viewed pages to raise their view counts faster than a normal PC running an auto-refresher ever could).

OUTRAGE: Chris Crocker to get OWN TV SHOW! - Sept 20 2007 - An attempt by YouTube natives to view-spam a complaint video, (about view-spammers being rewarded), to the top of YouTube. The video has approximately 114,000 views.

Random Information

Some unknown person is picking girls from the "YouTube Community" that he thinks deserve more subscribers and, without their knowledge, is view-spamming their videos onto the most viewed page as way of running his own "Featured video-maker of the day" game.

I am not going to reveal who he has view-spammed to date, since he did not cover his tracks properly (as described in detail in the main article).

I am in favor of what he is doing. If YouTube fix this exploit and stop him, then cheating to wrest control of YouTube from the other cheats, as he is doing, will no-longer be necessary.

Idea
